Received my frame so quickly and the quality is amazing! I have already gotten so many compliments on the frame and I’m so glad we finally made this purchase.

Schön wäre gewesen wenn die Aussparung für An/Aus Knopf im Rahmen vorhanden gewesen wäre Ich musste dies nacharbeiten sonst hätte der Rahmen nicht auf den Fernseher gepasst

Beautifully made, clear instructions, and I was worried it would cover the sensor but that doesn’t seem to make a difference thank you endlessly!!

I had trouble with the frame covering my sensor and the frame TV would turn off... so I wanted to share i put small mirror squares on the back of the frame and it totally fixed the problem.. Thank you so much..

The frame is beautiful and fits perfectly! Easy to install. The seller's service is excellent: he responds quickly, and even though it certainly wasn't his fault, he immediately offered to resend the damaged part (damaged by customs).

Love this frame for Samsung frame! It looks beautiful, I would note that you have to be very gentle when piecing it together, as it can easily snap/break.

Lovely frame for our TV! Really elevates the look of the displayed artwork and blends into the room. International shipping was incredibly fast. The seller was quick to respond to questions and an issue with a missing connecting piece, sending out a replacement in days. As other purchasers have noted you can see the black edge of the TV, but it does not detract from the overall look. Thank you!

Very high quality; looks great! It’s not wood - some dense, hard composite plastic material; very hard, but lightweight. Assembly was easy, mounting was easy; my TV (Samsung Frame), is mounted very flat against the wall and I did not need to remove it. This frame (LIKE ALL OTHER FRAMES!!) covers the motion/light sensor, so that feature doesn’t work anymore. This means: - previously, TV would show art but then automatically turn off at night / when you leave home. - now, art mode will stay on forever (or you manually turn it off). I did not really use this feature anyway (I always manually turned the TV completely off anyways), and so am not affected.

I purchased two 50in frames over three weeks ago and the product has not shipped nor any updates on timing of shipping. I have tried 4 times to get and update from the seller and still no response. I only chose to order from this site because the frame description said “in stock” and fast shipping. Very frustrated and disappointed. Looking for a update

The item is great, but I ordered from this shop because it stated it shipped from New Jersey. To my surprise, they ship from Turkey and took over a month to get to me - in New Jersey. Just be prepared to wait for a month+ to get your item.

Product does not work with Samsung frame tv. Tapes cover the sensor and it doesn’t fit still shows the tv. Customer service was great the first day, but haven’t heard from them for a return or refund so now I’m stuck.

The item matched the description but it didn’t meet my expectations because the straps included to hang the frame on the tv didn’t come with all the pre-drilled holes to attach the straps to the frame. I was only able to hang two straps to the frame so it’s not as secure as it should be! For the price, this is un-acceptable!

The quality, design, and ease of assembly is great. Be absolutely accurate about your measurements. I gave the manufacturer specs. Unfortunately, I had to request a correction, and the correction was also wrong. The customer service was prompt, and I was refunded immediately. I really wanted this and wanted it to fit perfectly.
